Write to [email protected]. Corrections, questions about which format to book, and press or operator enquiries all reach the same desk, and we answer in English.

What we can help with

Choosing between formats, understanding what a booking option does and does not cover, and anything factual on these pages that looks wrong or out of date. If you have walked the corridor recently and something we have written no longer matches what you found, that is the most useful message we get.

What we cannot help with

We are not the operator and we are not the museum, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking, and we cannot get you a slot that is not on sale. For an existing booking, use the confirmation email from GetYourGuide, which carries the operator’s own contact route. For opening days, photography rules or anything the Uffizi Galleries decide, uffizi.it is the authority and we are not.

Before you write

A lot of incoming mail is answered already. Which format suits you is worked through on all tours. Whether it is worth doing at all is on is it worth it. Step-free access, which is the question we are asked most, is on accessibility, and the short answer is that the museum’s provision and an operator’s terms are two different documents.

Where the corridor is

We have no public office to visit. The corridor does, at both ends: it begins inside the Uffizi Gallery on Piazzale degli Uffizi and it lets you out beside the Buontalenti Grotto in the Boboli Gardens, on the far side of the river. How to get there explains why that second point matters more than people expect.
